IUPAC nitrogen reference
This is the IUPAC reference equation for nitrogen formulation).
It is an empirical equation of an extended BWR type. Its form and the values of its (more than 30) parameters were optimized for nitrogen. The EOS cannot be used for other substances.
The EOS is valid in the whole stable fluid range. It should not be used for metastable states.
